Speed Club at the Marysville Skate Inn

If going fast is what you like, there are two speed clubs to choose from. The beginners class (all ages) is every Friday from 6:00 - 7:00pm. This will teach you the basics of speed skating, and help with balance and coordination. The cost is $20.00 a month, or $25.00 on a five week month. For this club, you can have your own skates, or use ours. (If skates have been used outdoors, they will not be allowed on the skating floor).
The Competitive Club is for those who want to compete and travel (all ages). This club meets Wed. from 8:30 - 10:00pm and Sundays from 6:00 - 8:00pm. The cost is $40.00 a month and includes all public sessions. For this club, you need your own skates.
Drop in price: $5.00 for visiting clubs.
Both clubs run from Sept. - July.
The competitive club will travel throughout the Northwest during the season. Regionals take you to Portland, Oregon. Nationals in a different state every year. Skaters will need to purchase an amateur card and uniform.
